Donate an Auction Item
The Silent and Live Auction portion of this event is a major source of revenue for the Ronald McDonald Houses. The accumulation of individual items donated is critical to the fundraising success of the Gala. Whether it be a unique piece of art, cutting edge electronic technology high in demand, event tickets, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, sports memorabilia, a gift basket or dining gift cards, each item has value and appeal to our diverse group of attendees.
Auction Donation Form
If you are donating an item, depending on its size and value, we can arrange to receive the item in the following ways:
- • We can pick it up
- • You may mail it
- • It can be dropped off at one of the two Ronald McDonald Houses
- • Or you may give it to a member of the planning or auction committee
Your support is greatly appreciated and 100% of all revenue generated from our Silent and Live Auction directly flows to the Ann Arbor and Detroit houses.
In the event that you cannot attend the event and would prefer to make a monetary contribution to the Houses, you may use the same form above to make a contribution. Just $75 covers the cost to house a family for one night. For $500, you can cover the cost of almost one week of stay for a family in need. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated.
Auction donors will receive recognition at the event on display sheets, bid sheets and on the actual item donated so that attendees can appreciate your generosity.
If you would like to make any other in-kind donations, both the Ann Arbor and Detroit Ronald McDonald Houses have “Wish Lists” of items that each house needs to serve their families comfortably. Please visit their respective websites to see how you may help.
